Randy & I at the ETMC Award Banquet Thursday night. I am working on my 11th year with ETMC and received my 10 year pin at the banquet. Randy has been with ETMC 16 years and has never received a pin at an Award Banquet (and he didn't this year either, he went as my honored guest)

Congrats Wendy! And Randy- what's up with that? You guys are both awesome. Maybe we should all pitch in and get Randy a pin too!
